Hyundai’s i30 line of compacts was first introduced in Europe five years ago. Now the Korean automaker has introduced the second-generation model i30cw station wagon. It’s 19 centimeters longer than the regular hatchback and offers up to 1,642 liters of luggage space – tops in its class.

“Apparently Argentinian bazaar salesmen are passing off ferrets on steroids as toy poodles — and people believe them.

A local news report out of Buenos Aires caught the attention of the Daily Mail and other sites this week, after a man took the “toy poodles” he bought at the La Salada market to a veterinarian, only to find that it was actually a giant weasel.”*

There’s a scheme in Argentina where ferrets on steroids are being passed off and sold as poodles. The real question here is…how could anyone mistake a huge ferret for a poodle?! Ana Kasparian and John Iadarola (Host, TYT University) discuss.

Der an Lungenkrebs erkrankte Pedro (Viggo Mortensen) lebt in einer einsamen argentinischen Sumpfgegend, der Tigre-Delta-Region. Als er eines Tages einen Mord begeht und bei seinem Zwillingsbruder Augustín (Viggo Mortensen) in Buenos Aires untertaucht, ist sein Schicksal besiegelt. Der verheiratete Kinderarzt, der mit seinem eigenen Leben unzufrieden ist, ertränkt den todkranken Bruder und nimmt dessen Identität an. Er lässt seine eigene unerfüllte Existenz in der Stadt hinter sich und kehrt zurück in die Delta-Region, wo die Brüder ihre Kindheit verbracht haben. Kurz nach seiner Ankunft findet sich Agustín jedoch in dem Netz aus Kriminalität und Verrat verstrickt, das ihm sein Bruder hinterlassen hat.

Ein Streichquartett steht kurz davor, in die neue Spielzeit zu starten. Die Vierergruppe besteht aus dem ersten Violinist Daniel (Mark Ivanir), dem zweiten Violinist Robert (Philip Seymour Hoffman), der Violaspielerin Jules (Catherine Keener), die zugleich Roberts Ehefrau ist, und dem Cellisten Peter (Christopher Walken). Kurz vor der Feier zu ihrem 25-jährigen Bestehen erfährt der Cellist Peter, dass er Parkinson hat. Als er seinen Musikerfreunden davon berichtet und anfängt, über seinen Rücktritt nachzudenken, setzt dies eine Kettenreaktion in Gang, die sich auf das Leben aller vier Musiker auswirkt. Robert glaubt, dass er unter einem neuen Cellisten häufiger die erste Geige spielen könnte. Davon wollen Daniel und Jules jedoch nichts hören. Daniel wiederum fängt an, sich um die Tochter von Jules und Robert zu kümmern, was zu weiteren Komplikationen führt. Der Zusammenhalt der vier Freunde und Musikerkollegen droht auseinanderzubrechen…
