This tape was sent to TV stations to pitch Sailor Moon as The Next Big Thing.
It’s a horrid display of shameless corporate advertising.
You can tell that DiC sent out the video before any real work was done on the localization. Notice the Sailor Scout’s names!! This is aweful!!
